Units sold were 31, up from 22 last year during the same month. A substantial increase of 40.91%. Most of this was fueled by First Time Homebuyers trying to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit before it expired.
Days on the market for Crofton, MD homes dropped to 47 in April 2010, from 129 in April 2009.
